The ARCSPRAY process consists of two metal wires electrically charged, one positive ( + ) the other negative ( - ). As shown above they are positioned so that when fed together , an arc ( ionized path ) is formed between the two wires.Due to the high temperature ( 25000°F ) the end of each wire is melted.
